HDPE PIpe
HDPE Piping Systems
Manufactured at our Gadoon Amazai factory using 100% virgin PE100 resin. High pressure rating, superior chemical resistance, and 50+ years design life for municipal water, gas, and agricultural applications.
EF & Spigot Fittings
Next-Generation High-Density
Polyethylene Solutions
Unitech HDPE pipes are manufactured in Pakistan using top-grade virgin PE100 and PE80 raw polymers. Engineered specifically for high-pressure fluid transfer, our pipes eliminate joint failure risks through seamless thermal fusion welding.
Zero-Leak Integrity
Heat-fused joints form a continuous monolithic system stronger than the pipe itself.
Corrosion & Scale Free
Immune to electrochemical reactions, biological growth, and aggressive soil conditions.
HDPE Product Range & Specifications Matrix

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about PP compression fittings specifications, pressure ratings, installation, and usage.
UNITECH PP compression fittings are available in PN10 (10 bar / 145 PSI) and PN16 (16 bar / 232 PSI) pressure classes at standard operating temperatures (20°C), making them ideal for both agricultural irrigation and high-pressure water mains.
No. PP compression fittings are completely mechanical and tool-free for sizes up to 50mm. You simply insert the chamfered PE pipe and tighten the nut by hand. A standard strap wrench can be used for larger sizes (63mm to 110mm).
Yes. All UNITECH polypropylene bodies and nuts are compounded with UV stabilizers to prevent degradation, cracking, or loss of mechanical strength when installed above-ground under direct sunlight.
Yes. Unlike heat-fusion or glued joints, PP compression fittings can be easily unscrewed, relocated, and reused on new pipe layouts without damaging the connection components or the pipe body.
They are engineered specifically to join Polyethylene pipes, including HDPE (PE100, PE80), LDPE, and MDPE lines. They are not recommended for rigid metallic or PVC/CPVC pipes.
